Before a first visit, new clients complete a digital consultation form, and the stylist reaches out by text or email to book. The consultation covers goals, concerns, budget, maintenance schedule, home care and product recommendations, so the plan can be shaped around each guest's routine.
Services are quoted as starting prices that depend on hair length and thickness, and base prices may change. Balayage is priced after a consultation. Each blonding service includes a toning step. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes early, since arriving more than 15 minutes late may cut into styling time or lead to rescheduling. Anyone who is ill is asked to reschedule. A waitlist is available for a chosen day and time, with notice if a cancellation opens a spot.
Clients who are unhappy with their result can contact the salon within 7 days for a correction, as long as they have not tried to fix the hair themselves. Photos are posted to social media only with the client's agreement, and clients see them first and are tagged on request.
