Acrylic services include full sets and fills, with ombré and pink and white options. Acrylic Full Set starts at $46 and Acrylic Fill starts at $41. Gel-X extensions are soft gel tips applied without drilling, with gel polish included, and start at $80 for a full set. Builder gel overlays can be applied over natural nails or extensions. Dip powder and gel manicures are also offered. Spa pedicures come in seven levels, from the Classic Spa Pedicure at $41 up to the Korean Pedicure at $91. The higher levels add treatments such as callus care, hot towel wraps, extended massage and premium finishing. Nail art is priced by complexity and quoted by the technician.

Before a service, the technician talks through the options and recommends an approach based on nail health and lifestyle. The Orlando salon has free on-site parking. Last appointments are taken 30 to 45 minutes before closing. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Children who are not being serviced are asked to stay home when possible.

The salon offers a 5-day service guarantee on gel, acrylic and enhancement services. If breaking, chipping, lifting or peeling happens within that window, a complimentary correction is offered.
