Services are booked by appointment only. The Ouidad menu runs from a cut alone at $140, to a cut with Rake & Shake at $170, to a Premium option at $200 that adds a deep treatment. Outside the Ouidad packages, the menu covers women's cuts and styling, men's cuts, blowouts with or without an iron finish, and Rake & Shake styling. Color work includes toners, glazes, root touch-ups, and partial or full foil. Prices are listed as starting amounts where noted and are subject to change.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9am to 7pm, Wednesday from 11am to 8pm, and Thursday from 9am to 5pm. Gift cards can be purchased in store.

Ouidad hair products are available to buy in the salon. Ouidad curl and styling products and the AuBonacci Styling tool can also be shipped to clients through affiliate links on the website.
