The practice was founded by Dr. Tacita Robertson, a naturopathic doctor who serves as its medical director. Its work centers on personalized, functional and regenerative medicine for men and women who want to age well, with an aim of addressing the underlying causes of chronic health concerns rather than only their symptoms. According to the practice, its care is not driven by insurance companies, the pharmaceutical industry or other outside pressures that conflict with patient wellbeing, and it prioritizes skin wellness without compromising internal health.

A first visit starts with a health history questionnaire completed beforehand, followed by a physical exam and a personalized health guide. Testing may cover blood, urine, stool and saliva; some tests are run in the office and others are take-home kits mailed to an outside lab. Depending on the person, the practice may look at genetics, hormones, the gut microbiome, nutrition, neurotransmitters and toxins. Plans can include herbal medicine, nutrition, fitness, medication, mindfulness and other lifestyle changes, and patients can review records, labs and appointment summaries through an online patient portal.

Services fall into several groups. Medical care covers hormone replacement therapy for women in perimenopause and menopause, functional medicine, peptide therapy, women's and men's health, and neural prolotherapy. Medical aesthetic treatments range from regenerative facials in 60- and 90-minute versions and chemical peels to radio frequency skin tightening, V-Form body contouring and Viora-based laser and light treatments. Hair restoration includes PRP and a non-needle exosome treatment, and nutrient injections are available as individual shots or custom blends. Appointments can be booked online, and a complimentary consultation is offered. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 10am to 4pm, Thursday 1pm to 7pm, and Friday by appointment only, with Saturday and evening visits on request. The office is closed on Sundays.
