The salon books by appointment only. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with Sundays by appointment only. According to the salon, it has decades of experience behind its work.

The menu covers color, cuts and styling, makeup, waxing, texturizing, treatments, and special event and wedding services. Color options include balayage, partial and full highlights, glossing, toner, and custom color, which is charged hourly from $80 for correction, global lightening and specialty design work. Balayage is listed at $75 per hour. Base prices appear on the prices page but can vary by stylist, so clients should contact a stylist for an exact quote.

Wedding clients can book full hair and makeup either at the salon or with a stylist who travels on site, and a trial session is recommended before the wedding day. Travel is $0.70 per mile for locations more than 15 miles away, and each extra stylist needed on a holiday or holiday weekend adds $100. Tattoo cover-up pricing is set after a consultation.

The salon rents chairs to freelance stylists starting at $110 per week. Renters set their own schedules and clients, the salon supplies the backbar, and stylists bring their own scissors. Team stylists also attend educational workshops, where outside experts visit the salon.
