A Beautiful Healthy You runs three locations: a West Hollywood office on Sunset Boulevard, a Lomita office on Narbonne Avenue, and a San Pedro office on W. 7th Street. The practice is led by its owner, Anita Gardner, a Certified Nurse Practitioner whose background moves from the operating room to emergency and cardiac care and then into aesthetics.

The injectable menu includes Botox, with other neurotoxins also available, along with dermal fillers, lip hydration and injections for cystic acne. Weight loss treatments use semaglutide and tirzepatide, which the practice describes as generic versions of Ozempic or Wegovy and Mounjaro.

Other aesthetic treatments include microneedling, the Aquagold Infusion Facial, the ZO 3-Step Chemical Peel, platelet-rich plasma and exosomes, and PDO threads. The practice also lists skin tag removal, keloid scar treatment, CO2 fractional laser and Kybella, along with Upneeq and an Accutane prescription. Before-and-after examples show filler and Botox in areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, lips, undereyes and hands.

IV therapy is offered for energy and immune support. Options include IV glutathione, which the practice describes as an antioxidant that helps detoxify the body, the Myers Cocktail, a hydration drip, vitamin B12 shots and an NAD+ drip.
