Services are grouped into brows, lashes, waxing, packages and add-ons. Brow work includes shaping, lamination, customized tinting and a longer-lasting hybrid stain. A standard brow tint generally lasts a few days on the skin and two to three weeks or more on the brow hairs, while hybrid stain holds longer, up to a week or more on the skin and three to four weeks on the hairs. Lash lifts come in a standard version and a Korean lift and curl from the root, and both are expected to last six to eight weeks.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the brow area. Clients who have had Botox, filler or chemical peels should wait at least two weeks before a brow or lash service, and retinol, tretinoin, acne medications and salicylic acid products should be stopped at least two days ahead. Clients with sensitive skin or eczema can book brow services if they give notice, while actively inflamed skin should be rescheduled. Laminations and lash lifts may call for a patch test, and brow waxing and tinting are described as generally safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

After a service, the studio asks clients to avoid water, steam, sweating and makeup on the area for 24 hours. Recommended rebooking is every four to six weeks for brow waxing or tinting, and every six to eight weeks for brow lamination or lash lifts.

The studio asks for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeited deposit, and repeated no-shows may prevent future bookings. Payment can be made in cash, by card, or by Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay. Hours are Monday 10 am to 1 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, Friday 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 11 am to 4 pm, with Thursday and Sunday closed.
