Some services need a deposit when booked, ranging from $10 to $30 depending on the treatment. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late without contacting the studio may be asked to reschedule. A missed appointment without a call is charged in full, and clients with three such no-shows are blocked from future booking.
The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with evening hours on weekdays and a shorter Saturday morning to early afternoon schedule. Before and after hours appointments can be added for an extra fee. Service trade appointments are available only with prior approval.
Packages are a main part of the offering. Options include underarm, leg and Brazilian wax passes, and larger bundles that include Vajacial treatments. Packages can be paid in full or through Buy Now, Pay Later, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Package purchases are not refundable. Gift cards are offered in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
