Pedicures make up a large part of the menu, from an Express option at $32 to a Tropical option at $62. The Express pedicure includes nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, callus removal and a relaxing massage. The Classic pedicure at $35 adds a steaming machine, sugar scrub, hot towels, and the same trimming, cuticle and callus work. The Deluxe pedicure at $52 and the Tropical pedicure at $62 both use the Organic Collagen Volcano 5 Step Kit, with a steamer, sugar scrub, mask and massage. The Tropical version also includes sea salt exfoliation and a choice of hot stone or paraffin wax.
For hands, there are classic and deluxe manicures, combined manicure and pedicure packages, and Shellac manicures and polish changes. Longer-lasting options include Builder Gel fill-ins and full sets, dip powder in several finishes, gel powder nails, acrylic fill-ins and full sets, and pink and white work, with French finishes available across several of these. Little Diva manicures and pedicures are priced for children aged 12 and under.
Prices start from a set base and can move with nail length, designs and the time a service takes, so the nail technician confirms the price before work begins. Clients should arrive on time, since arriving 10 minutes late turns an appointment into a walk-in. Cancellations need advance notice. Anyone with health issues or diabetes should mention it before a service starts. Ingrown toenail cutting is only done at the client's request, and the salon is not responsible for problems that follow. The salon does not give refunds on services but will work to resolve any issue. It may refuse or end service for anyone who is rude, and it is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards. Clients pay for any salon products they damage during a visit.
