Appointments are set up in advance. Clients complete an intake form and read the terms and conditions before an appointment is finalized. Deposits are paid through Cash App with the client's name in the payment notes, and deposits are non-refundable but go toward the cost of services once paid.

Soak-off services must be booked together with the main appointment. They generally add about 30 minutes and carry an additional charge. The studio does not work over other technicians' work.

Timing is firm. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee applies. An appointment is cancelled if the client is 20 minutes late, and the cancellation policy then applies. Exact finish times cannot be guaranteed, in order to keep quality consistent.

Clients receive appointment reminders by email or text, and the address is included in the emails. The studio notifies clients of any cancellation, reschedule or late appointment on its side. Clients unsure which appointment to book can message the business on Instagram and may send photos.
