814 Salon Suites

814 Salon Suites rents individual suites to salon and spa professionals who want to run their own businesses. Each suite is a fully equipped workspace, so a renter can set up their own practice without building out a space from scratch.

The owner worked as a stylist for 17 years before developing the suites, and the building is designed around the needs of working stylists and spa professionals.

Each unit has its own cabinets and sinks and includes a styling chair and a shampoo bowl and chair. Utilities and Wifi are included in the rent. Renters also get 24/7 building access, a shared employee breakroom, access to a washer and dryer, and janitorial service in the common areas. A waiting room is available for clients.

The building is at 3181 Fort St. in Wyandotte. Prospective renters can reach the business by phone at 313-658-6360 or by email at 814salonsuites@gmail.com.
