The menu covers box braids, knotless braids, boho knotless styles, lemonade braids and a traditional sew-in. Most braid styles include X-pressions African collection braid hair, and boho styles come with one pack of synthetic curly hair, with extra packs available for an added fee. Prices depend on the style and size, and hair that falls at waist length or longer adds $25 to the listed price. Session times run from about four and a half hours for large knotless braids to ten hours for small boho knotless braids, so clients should plan for a long day in the chair.
Booking involves a $25 non-refundable deposit, after which an email confirmation is sent. The remaining balance is paid in cash only, and clients need to bring correct change. Hair needs to be at least three inches long and freshly washed, shampooed and blown out before the appointment, and clients must mention any allergies when booking. Services are offered to clients ages 10 and up, and no extra guests are allowed during appointments.
Cancellations are handled with fees: 24 hours or more ahead costs $25, and same-day cancellations cost $50. Arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment, and a 15-minute grace period applies. Future appointments cannot be booked until outstanding fees are paid.
A deliberate, unhurried pace suits the time-intensive styles offered, with the aim of clients leaving satisfied with the result.
