The studio is inside Versilia Studio at 2737 W. Thunderbird Rd., Suite 109, on the left side of the building just before the restroom. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 3:00 pm, and every visit is by appointment, booked online through the studio's PocketSuite page or arranged after a virtual consultation. Clients can reach the studio by phone at 855-697-6230.

Facial recommendations start with a consultation about skin concerns, goals, and what a client already uses at home. Facials are offered at several levels, from a basic option to longer named treatments, and are typically recommended every 4-6 weeks, or at least once per season. Clients are asked to avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, enzymes, and heavy sun for 3-5 days beforehand, and to leave the skin without makeup for at least 24 hours afterward, with lightweight non-comedogenic products suggested if needed.

Waxing uses high-quality wax and gentle technique where sensitivity is a concern. Before an appointment, hair should be about 1/4 inch long, usually 3-4 weeks of growth after shaving or nairing, and the skin should be lightly exfoliated 48 hours ahead with no lotions, spray tans, or heavy products on the area. Clients may take pain medication of their choice 30-45 minutes before. Afterward, hot baths, sweating, sun exposure, and tight clothing are best avoided for 24-48 hours, and most clients enjoy smooth skin for 3-4 weeks. Waxing may be resumed 6 months after finishing accutane, 2 weeks after antibiotics, and 1 week after retinol.

Booking requires a non-refundable retainer. A 48-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule; with proper notice the retainer can be applied to one rescheduled appointment, but without it the retainer cannot move to a future booking. A no-show forfeits the retainer and a new one is needed to rebook, and clients with two or more no-shows may be dismissed from future booking. Late arrivals may have their session shortened, but the full session is charged.

The studio focuses on personalized skincare and expert waxing, with facial recommendations built from each client's concerns, goals, and routine.
