The studio sits on the second floor of a building on Grand Avenue in Elmhurst and is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Bookings can be made by phone, through the website or in person, and the studio asks for at least 48 hours of notice when booking.

Its services cover three areas: eyelash extensions, with styles that aim for a natural look; semi-permanent makeup for eyebrows, eyeliner and lip color; and skincare treatments, including ones designed for sensitive skin. A blog post about the semi-permanent makeup service says the team has 20 years of expertise, which is the studio's own claim.

The studio says it uses products it describes as top-quality and hypo-allergenic. Clients are asked to disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities before a service, and to arrive 10 minutes early and sign a waiver on arrival.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice. No deposit is currently charged for bookings, but a deposit and cancellation fee may apply to future bookings for guests who miss two appointments. If a client is unhappy with a result, they can report it within 48 hours and may receive a complimentary fix or, depending on the issue, a partial refund.

A membership program gives members member-only prices on other salon services. Members who refer three new members receive a credit toward services.
