The color menu runs from a quick gloss and mini foil highlights around the face to partial and full foil, balayage, single and double process color, and grey coverage. A color consultation is available for $25 and covers hair health and readiness for the shade you want. Cuts include a basic haircut with wash and style, a signature Transformation Cut, and a pixie refresh.

For textured and natural hair, the menu includes a silk press with a straightened finish made without harsh chemicals, a wash-n-go with defined curls, a natural twist, and protective style preparation with wash, deep conditioning and trim. Relaxer retouches are offered in standard and pixie versions, and the Relax Me Package uses the Nairobi Relaxer System with pH balancing and a strengthening treatment.

Several services require deposits or fees. New clients booking foils, a Brazilian Blowout or balayage pay a deposit, and grey coverage and single process color require a smaller one. New clients booking any color service pay a consultation fee. Clients who are new or have not been in for six months or more book a New Client Package. Clients running late should send a message, since appointments cannot start more than 15 minutes late without contact. Cancelling or missing an appointment within 24 hours carries a 30% fee, and a no call, no show is charged 50% of the service price.
