606lash Ultimate Sin Tattoo

606lash is a lash studio operating under the 606 Beauty name. Jamy and Linda, who are best friends, co-founded it. The studio is upstairs at 136 N Marion Street in Oak Park, Suite 2, and the front door stays locked. A tattoo artist, Aurelio, works out of Ultimate Sin Tattoo on North Avenue in Chicago.

The studio offers lash extensions, including the Idk What I Want consultation, where the artist chooses the look in person. Other sets include Volume, Classic, Hybrid, and Bubbles or Rose, along with a light, custom MODEL/Freestyle set. Traditional and Korean lash lifts are also offered. Fills are booked every two to three weeks, and a fill only applies if at least 40% of the extensions are still intact; otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Lash removal is available without a new set. The studio does not fill work done by other lash artists, but a removal followed by a new full set can be booked as an add-on.

Clients should arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, including eyeliner, eyeshadow, and strip lash glue. Guests, children included, are not allowed in the studio, so clients come alone. A lounge area lets clients relax and help themselves to a drink. Street parking is nearby, and there are parking lots behind the building and a block away.

A $35 deposit is required to book, and it is applied to the total service cost; it is non-refundable, and the balance is paid in cash. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and the deposit can be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled with the same notice. There is a 10-minute grace period; after that the appointment is canceled and the deposit forfeited. Late arrivals who can still be accommodated pay no late fee but owe the full price of the booked service. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be blocked from future bookings. Early morning appointments before 9:00 am and evening appointments after 5:30 pm are offered subject to availability, with an additional $40 fee. Evening times are typically available after 7:45 pm, depending on the day. After-hours appointments cannot be booked online; clients request a time by Instagram message to @606lash. Clients allergic to lash adhesive should contact the studio to discuss alternatives. Clients who feel unwell can reschedule with advance notice, and visibly sick clients are sent home.

Lash classes include private one-on-one training, group classes, and a Master Mapping course. A private one-on-one class costs $1500 and takes two days. The studio describes its classes as hands-on, personalized training for aspiring lash artists, including business guidance. Tattoo bookings are made through an online form that asks for inspiration, preferred date and time, and budget.
