5TH AVE coLAB started nearly two decades ago as Fifth Avenue Salon and Spa and now operates under its current name at 1100 W. Business 380, Suite B in Decatur. It brings together providers in cosmetology, manicures, massage and body work, and skin care and waxing under one address.

Clients who want a particular provider but run into trouble booking can message or call the front desk during receptionist hours. Those hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Mondays by appointment only. The same help is available for special events.

Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $40, $75, $100, or $150, or a custom amount, and can be sent by text or email to the recipient or the buyer. Balances can be reloaded and checked online. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
