Appointments are scheduled with time set aside for each service. Reinstalls and foreign re-installs take about two and a half hours, while a new wig installation takes around two hours and forty-five minutes. A touch up, which refreshes an existing install, takes about an hour and a half and is done with the wig still on the client's head.
For new wigs, the business asks that the wig be dropped off 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. A same day customization fee applies if it is not. Creative styling and same day customization can be added to other services for an extra charge.
