4ME Aesthetics is an owner-operated practice in Mansfield, founded by Monica Rocha, BSN-RN. Monica is the sole provider, performs every treatment herself and sees each patient at every visit, so clients work with the same person throughout. The business describes itself as an anatomy-first med spa, and it states that every treatment is performed by a licensed provider.

Every new patient begins with a free consultation, where goals and options are reviewed before any treatment is planned. Plans are built around each person's facial anatomy rather than a template, with the aim of natural-looking enhancement rather than transformation. The practice says it is education-first, keeps neurotoxin dosing conservative, and offers no pressure or upselling. Consultations and aftercare are available in Spanish. Neurotoxin options include Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin. Jeuveau and Xeomin are priced at $11 per unit and Dysport at $5.50 per unit; Botox pricing is given at consultation, and the total depends on the areas treated. Botox and Dysport results generally last around three to four months, begin within a few days and develop over about two weeks, with little to no downtime. A brief follow-up can be arranged to fine-tune results when needed.

The salon offers dermal fillers for lips at $399 for a half syringe or $599 for a full syringe, under-eye filler at $650 per session, shadow filler at $550 per session, and chin filler at $650 per session. Radiesse is $750 per syringe and Sculptra $850 per vial. The Radiesse Facial Balancing package, described as a signature offering, costs $1,999 and covers up to three syringes. Most fillers include a numbing agent, and extra comfort measures are available. Results typically last from several months to more than a year, depending on the product and the area treated. Skin rejuvenation includes microneedling at $450 per session, $700 with PRP, and $750 with exosomes, along with PRP or PRF, chemical peels at $275 per session or $650 for three, and light therapy. Collagen-focused treatments are generally booked as a short series of sessions, and recovery time varies by treatment. Wellness services include IV hydration at $150 per bag, NAD+ shots at $70 each or $600 for a six-week program, vitamin B12 shots at $30 each or four for $100, an Immunity Shot at $45, a Lipo Shot at $40, and a Weight Loss Program at $425 per month. The 4ME Club is a monthly membership: $89 per month credits 10 units of tox, while 4ME Club Plus at $179 per month credits 20 units. Members receive 10% off services beyond their tox credit and a $25 credit in their birthday month. Unused units expire six months after the month they were credited. Cancelling requires at least five business days' written notice before the next billing date. Membership can be paused for up to 60 days per year without penalty. Units, member pricing and the birthday credit have no cash value and are not refundable. Clients can pay over time through Cherry financing, and gift cards are sold.
