Starter locs, micro locs, loc repairs and reattachments are offered, along with an instant loc service built with the crochet method that requires a consultation. Kids' loc care is available for ages 3 to 10.

Color services include partial grey coverage, specialty placement color and an all-over demi-permanent gloss that refreshes faded color without lifting the hair. New color services require an in-person consultation, and color consultations cover choosing a shade, evaluating hair health and allergy testing. Natural hair services include natural styling, a deluxe press, and a deluxe haircut with a short-hair shampoo, massage, hydration, precision cut and sponge curl definition.

Booking runs through the online booking site or the BOOK button on the salon's social media. A non-refundable deposit is charged per service and applies toward the total, but it is only valid for the month of the original appointment. Appointments can be moved within two weeks of the original date to keep the deposit. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, each appointment allows one reschedule, and a 15-minute grace period applies.
