4ever lock'd focuses on Sisterlocks, a locking method, and organizes its services around each stage of the process. New and transfer clients start with a consultation, where the salon assesses their hair before any locking begins. The consultation runs about an hour and costs $30.

Establishments, the appointments where new locs are created, are booked after a consultation. The salon requires that consultation at least two weeks before the establishment date. Pricing for establishments varies, so the salon's website is the place to confirm the current quote for a given visit.

Retightening addresses new growth and is recommended every four to six weeks. Each retightening session costs $120 and takes about four hours. Sessions booked more than six weeks apart carry additional charges.

Booking requires a $30 non-refundable fee at the time of booking, which is applied toward the cost of the service. The fee is not refunded if a client cancels or reschedules. For clients transferring from another salon, the consultation fee is credited toward their first retightening if they go ahead.
