Lash extensions come in five styles. Classic sets use a 1:1 ratio for added length without volume, and mixed sets use 3:1 for length with light volume. Volume sets use 5:1, and mega volume sets use 9:1 or 12:1. Wet lash sets, also called fluffy classic sets, fan three to four thin lashes together. Full sets take about 120 minutes, and refills take about 75. A weekly touch-up takes about 45 minutes and is for clients who still have at least 70% of their lashes. A standard refill needs at least 40% of the extensions still intact, and an extended refill starts at $110, depending on how much lash loss there is and the style chosen. Classic and mixed extensions are cruelty free, vegan, and free from formaldehyde and latex, and wet lash extensions are cruelty free and vegan. Lash removal is $25 and includes a lash bath afterward, and a standalone lash bath is $5.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, and lamination. A brow wax takes about 15 minutes, and a brow tint takes about 30. Brow lamination is $100 and takes about an hour, including wax and tint. Lip and chin waxing can be booked alone or combined with brow work at a lower combined price. A lip mask, a rose water hydrogel applied during a service, is available for $5.

Permanent jewelry is made with 14K gold filled material, which is a layer of 14K gold bonded over a base metal, or with genuine 925 sterling silver. Bracelets, anklets, charms and connectors are all offered, and a reweld is $15 for jewelry originally bought from the salon, depending on the chain's condition and length. The teeth whitening touch-up is $100 and takes about an hour. It is for returning clients who have had a previous whitening service and have minimal stain.

Clients must place a credit card on file, and services require a deposit that is applied to the fee at checkout. Deposits can be refunded up to the 24-hour cancellation window. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours costs 50% of the service, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full fee. After two no-call, no-shows, the full non-refundable fee is due at booking. Clients have a 10-minute grace period and should call if running late, and concerns about a service must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
