Chipped or broken nails can be repaired at no charge within five days of the service, and if a client is unhappy with nail work, the salon will correct it or remove enhancements or coating before the client leaves. The salon suggests manicures every one to two weeks and pedicures every four to six weeks, depending on preference and service.

Clients are asked to arrive on time or early and to call if they are running late, since a late arrival without notice may mean the appointment cannot be held. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. All services are non-refundable, discounts cannot be combined and only one can be used per visit, and the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
