Opened in August 2016 on East Franklin Street in Richmond, the salon focuses entirely on nail and foot care. Its specialty is acrylic enhancements, with gel and nail wraps also on the menu. Men and women are both welcome.

Manicures come in keratin, spa and gel versions, with gel polish available on a basic manicure and as an add-on to any enhancement. Pedicures include spa, deluxe, gel and waterless options. Nail enhancements in acrylic and hard gel range from simple sets to custom work with art and embellishments. Exact service options and inclusions appear in the online scheduler, and a consultation can be booked to price enhancements.

The salon uses e-files for enhancement work and can file by hand on request. E-files are never used on natural nails. Basic manicure and pedicure services can also be arranged for off-site group events such as girls' nights out and private spa parties.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and a credit card is needed to reserve, including for phone and text bookings. Appointments are preferred, with walk-ins accepted when time allows. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; a late cancellation is charged 50% of the service fee and a no-show 100%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available through the booking platform for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Tipping is accepted, and gift cards can be bought on the website. They expire two years after purchase, are non-transferable, and cannot be used for tips. Gel polish removal for services done at another salon carries an additional fee.
