The menu centers on braids, with knotless and boho knotless styles in small, medium, smedium and large sizes. Knotless prices include the hair, and boho is available as an add-on to medium and large knotless for an extra $30. Feed-in braids, cornrows and stitch braids, Tribal/Fulani feed-ins, Island Twists and Miracle Knots are also offered, with Miracle Knots requiring the client to supply their own hair.

Beyond braids, the studio offers locs and twists, including starter locs, instant locs, retwists and two-strand twists for natural hair, plus sleek ponytails, half up and down styles, Quickweave, closure and frontal Quickweave, traditional sew-ins, closure sew-ins and wig installs.

Booking involves a few policies to know before a visit. New clients may be asked for a deposit on several services listed at $15, while touch-up appointments do not require one. Wigs, closures and frontals should be dropped off at least 48 hours ahead, and same-day customization carries an extra $50 charge. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving 20 minutes late brings a $15 late fee, while arriving 30 or more minutes late means the appointment is cancelled. Guests are not allowed to accompany clients, though parents may stay with minors.

Work is organized around protective styles, with touch-ups booked after three weeks and braids left in place for those visits rather than taken down.
