The lash menu starts with removal, where a gel loosens the adhesive before the extensions and remaining adhesive are gently brushed away. Classic lashes are applied one extension to each natural lash, a style suited to clients who already have a good number of natural lashes and a few gaps, for a natural to medium look. Classic fills are done every two to three weeks and give 50% to 60% coverage, and are meant for clients who already wear extensions.

Nail services include a manicure with nail cleaning and shaping, cuticle pushing and clipping, nail hardener, gel polish in the client's chosen color and a hand massage. Acrylic and polygel options are also offered, including full sets, fills and overlays.

Waxing is offered for the face, arms, legs and underarms, with options from a single small area up to full face and full leg. Each wax session begins with a tea tree oil pre-wax treatment and finishes with an after-wax treatment with lavender oil. Clients with sensitive skin are asked to let the business know before waxing.

Travel appointments are available for some lash and nail services, with travel to the client's home within Broward and Dade counties. To book a travel visit, clients add their address to the notes at checkout. Hours run Monday and Wednesday with morning and afternoon openings, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons into the evening, Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The business is closed on Fridays.

Incense, candles and smudging are used during services.
