The salon was established in 2019 when its owner set out to serve clients in North Park, Normal Heights and the surrounding neighborhoods. It is at 3069 Lincoln Ave and has off-street parking.

After three occasions without adequate notice, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the next appointment, and it is forfeited without 24 hours notice of a cancellation or change. Color services are not offered to guests under 16, and guests under 18 need an adult guardian present at the consultation.
