Lash services include classic, volume and mega volume full sets, refills in each style, and a Korean lash lift with a custom tint that uses no extensions. Lash removal is done with a soft gel applied to the lash line. Refills are offered only when enough of a client's natural lashes remain at the appointment, which the studio sets at 40 percent retention or more. Otherwise a full set is recommended at an additional cost.

Brow services include eyebrow shaping and brow lamination, a semi-permanent treatment that sets brow hairs into a lifted, even shape. The studio says lamination results typically last six to eight weeks with aftercare. Tint can be added to either brow service. Waxing covers the chin, the lip and a full face package.

Memberships are booked on the Services page and their benefits are applied at in-store checkout. Plans range from a once-a-month option for clients with strong lash retention who want less upkeep, to plans that include two refills a month and a lash bath. New clients pay a deposit for full sets, refills and some other services. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; same-day cancellations are charged half the service price and no-call/no-shows are charged the full price. If a late arrival leaves less time, the stylist completes the service in the remaining slot, and an extra appointment may be booked if availability allows.

The studio plans its lash services around how much of a client's natural lash is still present, offering refills when retention is high enough and full sets when it is not.
