Classic extensions place single synthetic silk strands onto individual natural lashes, usually about 60 to 130 per eye. Refills are suggested every two to three weeks to keep the lashes full and long. Removal is done in the salon with a gel remover and usually takes under half an hour.

Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. A card on file may be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments, and clients who cancel or no-show on short notice may be asked to prepay for future services. Late arrivals may have their service shortened, while the full service price is still charged. Minors need a parent or guardian present and a signed consent form to receive a service.
