Every visit starts with a free, in-depth consultation before any service is provided. Stylists talk through what the client hopes to achieve, how often the look will need upkeep, and the time and cost it takes to get there, and they aim to be honest about what will and will not suit those goals. Pricing reflects the time a new look requires.
Clients can complete an online intake form with their hair history and photos of the front, back and a look they like. Appointments include complimentary refreshments, a scalp massage and a blow-dry with styling. Appointments can be booked online, where buy 4 get 1 free series of five sessions are also sold. Gift cards are available on the website.
The team regularly takes part in trainings to learn new techniques and skills, and the salon is meant to be a place where stylists can keep growing.
