Every visit starts with a free consultation that carries no obligation and needs no card. It covers a health history, a skin analysis and a sensitivity test, and leads to a personalized treatment roadmap. Products and techniques are chosen from that analysis. Clients who want a custom home regimen can get a free skin analysis for it, and a free 15-minute chat with Marta can confirm whether a bundle suits them.

The 12-week acne program uses the Face Reality method originated by Dr. James E. Fulton. The regimen is changed at every visit according to how the skin responds. Before enrolling, clients should not have used Accutane within the past 30 days or Retin-A, Tazorac or Differin within the past two weeks, and they should not currently be taking topical or oral antibiotics such as tetracycline, doxycycline, erythromycin or clindamycin. When the program ends, clients move on to ongoing maintenance care.

Beyond acne, the menu includes HydraFacial, Oxygen Facial Therapy, a Back Facial, a Skin Deep Facial, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, clinical-grade chemical peels, and microneedling collagen induction therapy. Laser options include a Q-switched Nd:YAG tattoo removal treatment, which most tattoos need in 6 to 12 sessions spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart, and a carbon laser treatment also called the Hollywood Peel. Products sold include the Radiance Skin Care Line, which the business describes as free of toxins, parabens and sulfates.
