Manicures and pedicures are overseen by a surgeon who holds board certification in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, according to the salon. Manicures come in Classic, Signature and Luxury 360 MedSpa versions. Pedicures run from the Classic Express at $55 (about 35 minutes) and The Ultimate Foot Cleanse at $55, through the Signature at $85 (about 55 minutes), the Sports Pedicure at $95 (about 65 minutes) and the Luxury at $145 (about 85 minutes), to a Couples Signature pedicure at $180 for two people (about 55 minutes). Add-ons include gel polish for $20 (10 minutes), gel polish removal for $20 (15 minutes), acrylic or hard gel removal for $25 (30 minutes), gel removal and application for $40 (15 minutes), and nail design, hot stone, paraffin and a sports recovery CBD massage cream for $15 each.

Massage therapy covers therapeutic massage, sports massage, lower leg and foot massage, neck and shoulder massage, and a combined massage and SportStretch session. Sports massage may include cupping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). SportStretch is a movement-based routine done on a floor mat, fully clothed in athletic wear, combining active and passive stretching across the whole body.

The medical infrared sauna is a Chroma Therapy unit with differently colored lights, each designed for specific benefits. The Sports Recovery Lounge has Normatec devices and massage chairs, selected by a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with a sports medicine focus, according to the salon. Nutrition begins with a three-part initial consultation covering information gathering, goal setting and an individualized plan, and follow-ups are suggested weekly or biweekly at first, then less often as the client prefers. Sweat testing is a resting test of sweat concentration that takes about 20 minutes with immediate results. The Evolt 360 body composition scan measures muscle, fat, water and mineral content across 40 measurements in about 60 seconds, and follow-up scans are available to track progress.
