The focus is on glueless wigs, protective styling and quality raw extensions. Wigs are built with HD lace and offered with 5x5, 6x6 and 2x6 closures, and they are secured with an elastic band rather than glue. Raw Indonesian and virgin hair is sold as extensions and as material for wigs.

Most wigs and extensions are made to order. Custom wigs take up to 15 business days of production before shipping, not counting weekends, holidays or transit, and limited rush service may be available with pricing confirmed before ordering. Domestic shipping typically takes two to four business days after production.

Virtual and in-person consultations are offered for custom wig builds, install preparation and service recommendations.
