The space is designed to feel private and calm, with furniture, art and objects grouped throughout. It mixes old and new, smooth and textured, and higher-end and everyday pieces rather than following one style. A driftwood piece covered in moss serves as a workstation base.

Hair is the largest part of the menu. It includes cuts and trims, shampoo and styling services such as roller sets, blowouts, silk presses and updos, chemical relaxers including Honey Relax, a natural hair straightener, and texturizing, color services from demi and all-over color to highlights and lowlights, sew-ins, and a range of conditioning and scalp treatments. Lash, nail, waxing and brow services and scalp and wellness treatments are also offered. Consultations for style, color, shape and straightening are available to suit a client's lifestyle, and custom wig, color correction and special occasion consultations are offered at no charge.

Hours are Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 10 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Chemical services, natural silk presses and cuts carry an additional $25 charge that depends on hair density, thickness and length. A 15% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

The studio aims to keep distractions low so each client gets focused attention, and it presents each appointment as an experience that changes from visit to visit.
