There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a $20 late fee applies and the appointment may be canceled with the deposit kept. Children and extra guests are not allowed unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Card, Zelle and cash are accepted, with a 6% tax added to card payments. Monthly specials run for a limited time, must be booked under the correct category, and cannot be applied after booking.

Chair space is available to stylists on a daily, weekly or monthly rental basis, with rates provided on request and a security deposit required. Commission arrangements are also offered to stylists and makeup artists. Each rental includes a fully outfitted station, access to a hair-washing area, and towels and capes that are laundered on site. Renters also get free Wi-Fi and private, secure storage, and clients are offered free drinks. Anyone applying for rental or commission work must hold a current cosmetology license. The salon promotes stylists on social media and, if they choose, can feature them in online booking listings.
