Treatments are carried out under the direction and delegation of Medical Director Dr. Monica Kieu, D.O., FACS. Every plan is shaped around the client's aims, facial anatomy and skin. According to the studio, clients who arrive well informed and with realistic expectations tend to be the most pleased with their results. A consultation with a registered nurse, which costs $100, reviews skin type, the treatment options available and a plan matched to the client's goals. Complimentary consultations are capped at two per person within any 365-day period.

The menu spans neuromodulators, with Botox listed at $12 per unit and Xeomin at $10 per unit, and hyaluronic acid fillers, SKINVIVE, SkinPen microneedling, three SkinMedica chemical peels, DiamondGlow facials and PRF treatments. SkinPen is priced by area: face at $325, face and neck at $450, and face, neck and chest at $550. DiamondGlow is listed at $225 for face and neck or $275 for face, neck and chest.

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Non-group appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a $75 charge applies to changes made under 24 hours ahead and to no-shows. Group appointments need 72 hours' notice, with a $150 charge for shorter notice. Payment plans are offered through Cherry and Affirm, subject to eligibility, and gift cards, memberships and treatment packages are available. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult receiving services, and pets are not permitted apart from working service animals.

Treatment plans are personalized to each client's goals, anatomy and skin, with the aim of healthy skin and natural-looking results over time.
