2522 Studios fits cranial prostheses, commonly called medical wigs, alongside hair and lash services. Clients who are interested in a cranial prosthesis begin with a client intake form, which asks for contact details, preferred wig type, hair length, and color and texture preferences, plus preferred contact method and consultation time. The form includes a HIPAA privacy acknowledgment and consent for handling protected health information.

The studio also offers a complimentary consultation call, bookable online, and provides insurance verification for cranial prostheses. This covers a review of coverage eligibility, deductible status and possible reimbursement options. The studio does not guarantee insurance approval or payment, since the insurance carrier makes those decisions, and clients remain financially responsible for services if a claim is denied or only partly reimbursed.
