21 LVSHES works only on lash extensions, so the menu is built around that: removal, a quick mini fill for lashes done within a week, a retoque refill for the two-to-three-week window, and full sets. Retoques are described as maintenance that helps extensions hold, and clients who need one are asked to book within 21 days of their last set.

The two full sets are a hybrid wet set, which combines classic and volume styles for a soft, wispy, textured finish, and a volume set the studio describes as dramatic yet elegant. Each full set takes about three hours, a mini fill about an hour, a retoque about two hours, and a removal about 30 minutes.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit to secure any appointment, with the balance paid at the visit. The hybrid and volume sets carry a separate $25 deposit. Card payments go through GlossGenius, and listed prices already include its small processing fee. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes and no-shows are charged 20% of the service. Arriving 10 or more minutes late can lead to a canceled or shortened appointment, still charged in full.

Clients should arrive with clean lashes and no makeup on them. Lashes that are dirty need a lash bath first, which can cut into lashing time. Children and extra guests are not allowed during appointments. Lashes applied by another artist cannot be filled; those clients book a removal plus a full set instead.
