Facials are built around a consultation. Every treatment starts with an in-depth beauty consultation and is adjusted to the client's skin and goals, and the studio says each visit is unique to the client. Skin Script products are used exclusively in treatments. The menu includes a Glow & Sculpt facial, a 40-minute treatment aimed at hydration, lymphatic drainage and facial contour; a 1Z1 Custom Facial, a corrective option for a primary skin concern that comes in two versions and is suited to teens managing acne as well as adults addressing fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation; and a Back Glow Treatment, an 80-minute back facial with exfoliation, steam, extractions and a jelly mask. Clients may add LED red light, facial vacuum, dermaplaning, high frequency or diamond microdermabrasion.

Brow and lash work includes Brow Lamination & Tint and Lash Lift & Tint, along with individually applied lash extensions in classic, hybrid and volume styles. Combination visits pair these services: Effortlessly 1Z1 joins a lash lift and tint with a brow lamination and tint, and Glow & Dazzle pairs a Glow & Sculpt facial with a lash lift.

Glam makeup is offered for events, photoshoots and bridal occasions. Signature Glam for adults includes eye makeup, contouring and a lip finish. Lil' Glam is a lighter option for children 13 and under, offered in salon only and booked at least 10 days ahead. Bridal and event glam requires an in-salon trial during regular hours, and its deposit is non-refundable and applied to the day-of total. On-location bridal and event glam includes a touch-up kit and a travel fee based on location.

Skin concerns can be addressed remotely, with email and text doing the work. These remote consults are limited to skincare; the salon gives no medical advice and writes no prescriptions. The Skin Concierge session lasts 10 minutes, and anyone who books an in-studio facial within 3 months of it receives a $15 credit toward that facial.

A 20% cancellation fee applies, and clients are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible if they cannot attend. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
