The Locs menu covers starter locs with a coil twist method, retwists with a basic style, crochet retwists that work frizz into the base of each loc, two strand twists for natural hair, and interlocking. Smaller visits include loc trims, reattachment of broken locs, repair of thinning parts, and a wick clean-up that tightens locs and moisturizes hair and scalp. Loc extensions and instant or invisible locs are also available, along with pipe cleaner curls.

Consultations run 30 minutes for $20 and are meant for planning next steps in a loc journey. Clients can add a 5 minute scalp massage for $10, which uses a technology-based tool and natural essential oils.

Booking is secured with a $20 deposit that can be paid through Apple Pay, Zelle or PayPal. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or no-shows without a phone call, forfeit the deposit. Refunds are not given for any service, and shampoo services are not offered, so clients needing a wash should plan for it before arrival where the service calls for it.

Starter Sisterlocks are installed with a product-free method that uses no gel, and the shop also sells all-natural hair oils and herbal products.
