The studio's core work is hair extensions: sew-ins, quickweaves, bondins and lace work, with a range of braids and upkeep services for hair you already have installed.

The studio also runs 1 on 1 classes. The classes teach styling skills and are presented with a mind, body and spirit focus.

Appointments follow a few clear rules. Deposits are nonrefundable once paid. Arriving 30 minutes late brings a $30 late fee, and an appointment is canceled after 45 minutes without a deposit refund. Final payments are taken in cash only, and mobile payments carry a $30 upcharge. Class deposits are $300 sent through Cash App, with the remaining balance due separately. Questions can be texted to 813-497-3146.

Several services have specific rules. Bob quickweaves need 2 to 4 packs of hair and do not accept bundles. The 1K Bob sew-in needs 2 to 3 packs, with no more than 3 allowed. Clients who plan to relax their hair should do so one week before a sew-in. Touch ups are not done over work by other stylists or self-installed hair. Mother, daughter or bestie clients book two separate appointments under separate names using one phone number, and the first client pays the remaining balance.

The studio pairs hair-extension installs with practical styling instruction, and its rules on booking, deposits and hair preparation are set out in advance.
