Visits begin with listening. Stylists tailor each service to the client's own style and needs, and the salon says it uses high-quality products meant to nourish and enhance hair. The salon is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on weekends.

Hand-tied extensions are a featured service. Each set uses lightweight, thin wefts that the salon says blend with natural hair, and a wide range of colors is available to match. Extensions can add volume, length or fullness, and the salon states they can last 8 to 12 weeks with proper maintenance. A free consultation is offered before extensions are booked.

Services cover styling, haircuts for adults and children, color including balayage and foil techniques, extensions, and additional treatments such as brow waxing, brow tinting, lip waxing and Brazilian blowouts. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services, no-call/no-shows are charged the full cost, and the card on file is charged on the day of the appointment. Refunds are not offered. Clients with a concern about a service can contact the salon within 7 days of the appointment to work out a solution with the original stylist.
