About

180 Wellness works as a chiropractic, recovery and wellness clinic across three locations: Dallas (on Preston Road), Farmers Branch and Garland. All three share one phone number, 469-343-4202, which takes calls and texts, and chiropractic and wellness appointments can be booked online at each location. The clinic says it serves Dallas, Addison, Richardson, Plano and the surrounding North Dallas communities.

The clinic describes its approach as gentle and holistic, pairing chiropractic adjustments with massage therapy. Chiropractors build a personalized treatment plan for each patient, and the business says it aims to address the root cause of pain rather than only the symptoms. Chiropractic adjustments, also called spinal manipulation or manual therapy, are used to address spinal misalignment, with goals that include better mobility, less nerve irritability and improved range of motion. The clinic says combining massage with chiropractic care can enhance treatment and may speed recovery. The clinic also lets visitors explore how regions of the spine relate to body functions on a 3D spine simulator.

Recovery services include spinal decompression, dry needling, cupping, shockwave therapy, massage and compression boots. Other offerings cover personal injury care, pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation, sports recovery, prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, and nutrition counseling. Massage is offered in several styles, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, medical, prenatal, craniosacral, trigger point and traditional Thai, with session lengths that vary by style.

The wellness side includes Hydrafacial, a facial that uses deep exfoliation and customized boosters, along with dermaplaning, microneedling, nano needling, infrared sauna sessions, eyebrow lamination and tinting, eyelash tinting and waxing. Longevity services include NAD+ shots and subcutaneous injections, NAD+ therapy and peptide therapy. The clinic describes NAD+ shots as an alternative to IV therapy that needs no extended appointment or recovery time, and says a complimentary consultation with a functional medicine physician is offered to start the longevity program.

The clinic accepts most insurance plans, including auto accident, workers' compensation, personal injury and most health plans. Coverage varies by plan, so patients are asked to call to confirm whether the office is covered, and staff check and explain benefits before treatment begins. Patients without insurance, or whose plans lack chiropractic benefits, can pay directly, and customized family chiropractic plans are offered. The business describes its chiropractic care as cost-effective and affordable, and says it can often be a better value than pain medication or surgery.

Gentle and holistic, combining chiropractic adjustments with massage therapy, with personalized plans for each patient aimed at the source of pain rather than only symptoms.

The clinic aims for a comforting space where patients can feel safe and relaxed.
