About

11 North Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics practice on 1st Coast Highway in Fernandina Beach. Founder Shelea Daily, a registered nurse, set it up to offer high-quality, professional care in a relaxing setting. Its work centers on skin and body changes that come with aging and is aimed mainly at women, although neurotoxin treatments are offered to women and men of all ages.

A visit usually starts with a consultation, which is $50, and treatment plans are built around the individual. Some services require a deposit, including a $29 booking fee that is non-refundable but can be applied as credit if the appointment is rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 fee, a no-show is charged $50 to the card on file, and arriving 10 or more minutes late forfeits the appointment. Teeth whitening is an in-office treatment that also begins with a consultation. According to the business, body sculpting sessions take about 30 minutes and are typically scheduled once a week for 8 to 12 sessions. Laser Lipo sessions are about 30 minutes and can cover several areas at once.

Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin, and may use monopolar or bipolar radio frequency energy. A numbing cream is applied 30 minutes before the session. Treatment usually involves 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, and the business says full results are typically seen about 12 weeks after the last treatment. The Skinny Shot is an intramuscular metabolic injection containing L-carnitine, methionine, inositol, choline and B-complex vitamins including B12, which the business describes as premium.

The TOX Membership is $99 per month and includes 45 units of neurotoxin with a treatment every four months. The first treatment is available in the fourth month, up to three treatments fit in a 12-month period at least four months apart, and unused treatments do not carry over. Units beyond 45 are $10 each. The membership can be cancelled at any time, but unused months are not refunded, and payments are deducted automatically from the card provided. Patient payment plans are available through Cherry with 0% APR options, subject to eligibility. Club North is a free program offering early access to sales and priority for VIP events.

The business describes itself as the only IV hydration lounge on Amelia Island and as a global leader in advanced skin tightening. Its skincare line, NorthSkin, is sold only at the practice and includes a brightening system designed to be used alongside ULTRA laser treatments.

Treatment plans are personalized, and the practice aims to set a standard for professional care in a relaxing environment.

Described as relaxing and professional.
