Services are grouped into three menus. The Manicures menu has five tiers, from a Solid manicure with structure gel and one solid color to an On Fire manicure with intricate art on all ten nails. The Gel X menu applies Apres Gel-X extensions with a dry manicure, using the same five tiers of color and art, with longer appointment times for the more detailed designs. The Removals menu covers Structure Gel removal, Acrylic Dip removal and Gel X removal, each including dry cuticle work and reshaping.

Booking is for in-person appointments, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations need at least 25 hours' notice; shorter notice is charged 50% of the service, and under 12 hours is charged the full price. A no-call no-show is charged the full price of the service.
