Pricing is listed per service, and several options are priced as starting rates, including the new client Brazilian. First-time clients receive 20 percent off that service. Returning clients can get $5 off the Birthday Brazilian during their birthday week when they show ID.
The studio runs a free touch-up policy called the 10|10 Guarantee: if a missed spot is found after an appointment, a touch-up is offered free within 3 days. Pregnancy waxing is offered to first-time clients up to six months pregnant, and returning clients may continue while they are comfortable.
Group and companion options include the 10|10 Bare Bestie Experience, which covers Brazilian waxes for two guests back-to-back in one 60-minute appointment, and a Bestie Guest Pass for the second guest, used to complete the intake form and join the booked appointment. A Silent Appointment is available for clients who prefer not to talk during their visit.
Booking and communication happen by text message. Clients should stop retinol, tretinoin, vitamin C and AHA/BHA products seven days before an appointment. Deposits apply, and changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
