A visit usually begins with a consultation about the client's goals, lifestyle and what will suit their hair. Hair extension consultations are free, and extension clients receive guidance from installation through maintenance between visits.

The salon offers luxury hair extensions for added volume, length and transformation, customized to each client's hair, color match and placement. Its color menu covers base and root color, all over color, foil highlights and babylights, freehand balayage and ombre, and single-process color. Root touch-ups are usually needed three to five weeks after a color appointment, depending on the color and hair growth.

Treatments include Kerastase Scalp-Scrub, which cleanses the scalp, Kerastase Fusio-Dose, a customized in-salon treatment that adds softness, shine and easier manageability, and a Keratin Treatment aimed at repairing and strengthening the hair's bonds and reducing humidity-related frizz. The salon also uses K-SCAN, a smart camera that analyzes the scalp and hair to suggest a personalized care routine, which it says is available exclusively at this location.

Stylists work within a level system that gives them room to grow and gives guests several price and service options. Providers move up levels based on demand for their time. Clients may change stylists at any time, and the salon suggests regularly seeing two or three stylists so service continues during absences. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full booked service. Dogs and cats are not allowed under state law, though guide animals are welcome. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
