Zulma

Zulma is a Master Hairstylist who founded and owns Hair by Zulma & Spa Studios in Rockville. Precision balayage is her main specialty, and her work also covers hair color, keratin treatments, Brazilian Blowout and hair extensions, using Bellami HairPro and Platinum Seamless Extensions. She is a certified expert in Brazilian Blowout keratin treatments and has extensive experience across those services. Each look is layered to suit the client's hair type and face shape. Before recommending anything, she learns each client's hair type and texture and the look they want, then designs a tailored hair care plan. Her aim is for every client to feel confident after each visit.
