About
Zsolt Kurti holds the title International Master Stylist and is a co-owner of HAJ Salon, which he co-founded in 2017 with Chelsea Zerjav. In 1990 he began working in Hungary with Imre Szabo, a Budapest stylist, and went on to take on fashion show and photo shoot work in Budapest and New York. In 2005 he moved to Manhattan, where he spent nine years, working as a colorist and hairdresser at John Dellaria's SoHo salon before moving to Charleston. Film and event credits include the Madonna film EVITA, shot in Budapest, and the Vera Wang bridal show in Manhattan. His specialties are hair color, precision cuts and women's haircuts. Jamie Lee Curtis is among his Charleston celebrity clients. He is not currently accepting new clients for highlights, balayage or men's cuts, and consultations with him are free.
