Zhanna Grigorian is the owner and stylist at Zhanna The Salon House. She began studying cosmetology at 14 and earned her cosmetology license at 17. She began working at Alex and Friends at 17, the salon she later owned. She spent four years there before working cutting hair for Frederick Fekkai in Beverly Hills. She then returned to Pasadena and worked at a nearby salon before taking over Alex and Friends in September 2013. She recruited and hired her own team after taking over the salon.
